The postmortem report of nine-year-old Hania Adil, who was killed in a CCD firing incident in Chakwal, has revealed that the child sustained a total of 11 bullet and injury marks on her body.
According to the postmortem findings, Hania died due to multiple bullet injuries and deep wounds that caused excessive blood loss. Doctors stated in their medical opinion that after being shot, severe shock and heavy internal bleeding led to the failure of her heart and lungs, resulting in her death.
The report confirmed that a total of 11 marks of bullets and injuries were found on the innocent child’s body. During medical examination at the hospital, a metallic bullet fragment was also recovered from her body, which was handed over to the police to help identify the shooter.

The postmortem report further stated that indiscriminate firing caused a fracture in the bone of the child’s right thigh. One of the bullets severely damaged her right lung, leading to significant internal bleeding and accumulation of blood inside the chest cavity.
Doctors detailed that Hania also suffered serious injuries to her liver, as well as her large and small intestines due to the firing incident. The report added that deep bullet wounds were present on her right chest, abdomen, thigh, and left elbow.
Medical experts confirmed that all injuries were anti-mortem, meaning the bullets struck while the child was still alive.
The report further emphasized that the wounds were extremely severe and deep, and in normal circumstances, such injuries would cause immediate death in any person. According to doctors, the time between the bullet impact and death was instantaneous, meaning the child died immediately after being shot and had no chance of survival.
The medico-legal report stated that there was a gap of six to eight hours between the time of death and the beginning of the postmortem examination.
Hospital authorities also confirmed that Hania’s blood-stained clothes, X-ray films, and all other essential evidence were carefully sealed and handed over to the police to support further legal proceedings in the case.
