Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has undergone major surgery at Sharif Medical City Hospital.
Punjab Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb said in a statement on social media that Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz had major surgery at Sharif Medical City Hospital. However, she did not clarify what kind of surgery the chief minister underwent.
Marriyum Aurangzeb said that after the surgery, the Punjab chief minister was shifted from the hospital to her home.
“Alhamdulillah,” she said, adding that on Eid day, Maryam Nawaz directly monitored security, cleanliness and other affairs in the province from the hospital.
