RAWALPINDI: General Syed Amir Raza was presented with a Guard of Honour after assuming the position of Commander National Strategic Command.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Commander National Strategic Command met Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir at the General Headquarters (GHQ).
ISPR said that General Syed Amir Raza laid a floral wreath at the Yadgar-e-Shuhada (Martyrs’ Memorial) and offered Fateha for the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country.
According to ISPR, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir congratulated General Syed Amir Raza on assuming command and expressed his best wishes for his new responsibilities.
