Lawyer Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry, representing PTI founder Imran Khan, has written a letter to the authorities of Adiala Jail, attaching an attested copy of the Supreme Court’s recent order.

In the letter, Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry stated that all legal requirements for transferring Imran Khan to a hospital have been fulfilled and that the government is bound to transfer him to a hospital within two days.

He urged the jail authorities to ensure implementation of the Supreme Court’s order and to act in accordance with the spirit of the judicial decision.

The lawyer also requested that the attested copy of the court order be made part of the official record of Adiala Jail. He said the court order regarding Imran Khan’s transfer to a hospital had been formally sent to the jail authorities.

The lawyer further stated that there can be no further delay in implementing the judicial decision.
