ISLAMABAD: Imaan Mazari and her husband, Hadi Ali Chattha, were produced before the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad in a case registered at Kohsar Police Station.
ATC Judge Abual Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the case.
During the hearing, police requested a 30-day physical remand of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha.
The court rejected the police request for physical remand and ordered that Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha be sent to jail on judicial remand.
The two were produced before the court in connection with the case registered at Kohsar Police Station.
